Living in fear of Covid-19: Disabled couple share woes under MCO

The movement control order (MCO) to contain the Covid-19 pandemic has led to many fretting about the effects it has had on their daily lives.

But apart from cabin fever setting in, those with disabilities have valid reasons to feel anxious.

Disabled couple Raju Arumugam and Valli Munisamy, both 48, reveal how the order has actually left them and their eight-year-old son with no choice but to remain at home even if it meant having to eat only canned sardines and bread daily...
